Japanese Sake

With over 400 years of history, Konishi brewery has been owned and managed by the same Konishi family. They were the first to start producing clear sake like we know today.

We will invite 15th Konishi Shin-Emon as a lecturer and we are very sure that you will enjoy the rich history and culture of Sake.
